PD Insurance and Dogs West September 2024 Competition.
The Promoter

Competition Period
The Competition Starts on 21 September 2024 at 00:01 AWST and Ends on 28 September 2024 at 23:00 AWST.
Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, an Australian resident and agree to the competition terms and conditions on the website pd.com.au.
- Only those who attend the 2024 Perth Royal Show may enter.
Territory
Western Australia.
Entry method
- Only attendees of the 2024 Perth Royal show may enter.
- Entry is via the QR code located at the PD Insurance & Dogs West stand at the 2024 Royal show, which links to a dedicated competition entry page on the pd.com.au website.
- The competition entry page on the pd.com.au website is only accessible via the QR code.
Entry limit
The number of entries permitted for this competition is limited to one (1) which equates to one (1) entry into the random draw.
The Prize details
Quantity: 3
Prize Details: A $300 Visa egift card.
Prize Value: AUD $300 for each prize.

AUD $900.
Draw method
- The three winners will be selected by random draw.
- The draw will take place on 18 October 2024 at 10:00 AEDT at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Winner notification
The winner(s) of the draw or redraw will be contacted by email and telephone within 5 business days of the draw (or unclaimed draw) date.
How to Claim Prize
Winners who have been successfully notified need to provide the following before 16 January 2025 at 17:00 AEDT.
(a) Email address for electronic delivery of the prizes.
Unclaimed Price
If the prize(s) remain unclaimed (as defined above), an additional draw(s) will take place after three months of the prize being deemed unclaimed on 17 January 2025 at 10:00 AEDT at the same location as the original draw. All reasonable steps will be taken to identify and contact the winning entry.

The details of the winners will be published on the website listed below:
www.pd.com.au within 5 business days of draw (or unclaimed draw).
Terms & Conditions
- By entering this Competition, the entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Competition (and Schedule).
- There is no entry fee for this Competition.
- During the Competition Period, only eligible and valid entries will be considered as acceptable entry. Entries inconsistent with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid.
- Employees of the Promoter, their family members or any person or organisation connected in any way with this Competition shall not be eligible to enter the Competition.
- Entrants must have attended the 2024 Perth Royal show.
- Winners agree to pd.com.au publishing their name, surname, postal code on both the pd.com.au website and social media platforms.
- Unless expressly specified in writing by the Promoter, the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of higher or equivalent specification and value.
- The Promoter requires the winner to provide proof of identification and if there is any contention with respect to the winner’s identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine that which is considered suitable as appropriate means of identity verification.
- The entrant consents to the Promoter holding, processing, and disclosing personal data including sensitive personal data provided by the entrant to the Promoter for all purposes relating to the performance of this Competition.
- In compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Promoter is obligated to comply with Australian Privacy Principles and its Privacy Policy that outlines how the Promoter collects and uses personal information. To learn more about the Promoter’s privacy policy, see click here.
- For the purpose this Competition, entrants’ personal information will not be shared with any third party located outside Australia.
- If this Competition cannot be conducted as intended for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, reschedule, or suspend the Competition, subject to approval by any regulatory authority (if required).
- The Promoter will not be liable for any tax implications resulting from the Prize winnings and the winner(s) must obtain independent tax advice to ascertain how this may affect their situation.
- Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable to the entrant or anyone for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, for loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss or damage to reputation or goodwill, personal injury or death, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or equity, under any statue or otherwise arising out of in any way connected to this Competition.
- The Promoters inability to enforce any of its rights at any stage will not amount to a waiver of these rights.
- By entering the competition, you consent to pd.com.au contacting you by telephone and/or by email to notify you of the winners and for an obligation free Pet and/or Motor insurance quote.
