Who is
PD Insurance?
We’ve delivered cost-effective car insurance in Australia for many years. Over time, we recognised people also needed simple, low cost pet insurance that didn’t compromise on value or service.
So, 2021 saw us move into insurance for pets – just like we did the year before with PD Insurance New Zealand and have done over many years with sibling brands like dotsure.co.za (South Africa’s no.1 pet insurance provider). Many of our locally based car-loving team members are passionate pet parents so it was an easy move!
It didn’t take long to get noticed. In 2022 PD Pet Insurance won the Canstar Award for Outstanding Value. This followed PD Car Insurance being named a Finder ‘Value’ Award finalist in 2021.
