Can I change my payment due dates?

We’re sorry, once a policy has started Progressive cannot alter the instalment due dates.

If you don't want your payment to be withdrawn from your credit card on file, you can log into your policy and make a one-time Visa/Mastercard payment to avoid the automatic withdrawal. You would need to make the payment at least 24 hours before your instalment is due.

If you don't make an alternate payment before the instalment due date, we'll notify you if an automatic payment attempt was unsuccessful and try up to three times to deduct the instalment from your credit card on file. After the first attempt, we'll issue a cancel notice providing a specific date for you to make a manual replacement payment to avoid policy cancellation.
