The Competition Starts on 26 March 2024 at 23:00 AEDT and Ends on 20 April 2024 at 23:00 AEST
Eligibility:
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, an Australian resident and agree to the competition terms and conditions on the website pd.com.au
- Entrants must be the registered owner of the dog in the submitted picture, or the spouse or children of the registered owner of the dog.

Draw method:
- The three winners will be selected by random draw.
- The draw will take place on 6 May 2024 at 10:00 AEST at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000
Winner notification:
The winner(s) of the draw or redraw will be contacted by email and telephone within 5 business days of the draw (or unclaimed draw) date.
How to Claim Prize:
Winners who have been successfully notified need to agree to the following within 5 business days of notification.
- Date and time for delivery of the physical prizes
Unclaimed Prize:
If the prize(s) remain unclaimed (as defined above), an additional draw(s) will take place after three months of the prize being deemed unclaimed on 6 August 2024 at 10:00 AEST at the same location as the original draw. All reasonable steps will be taken to identify and contact the winning entry.

Conditions of Entry
- By entering this Competition, the entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Competition (and Schedule).
- There is no entry fee for this Competition.
- During the Competition Period, only eligible and valid entries will be considered as acceptable entry. Entries inconsistent with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid.
- Employees of the Promoter, their family members or any person or organization connected in any way with this Competition shall not be eligible to enter the Competition.
- Entrants must be the registered owner of the picture of the dog submitted or the spouse or children of the registered owner of the dog.
- Winners agree to pd.com.au publishing their name, surname, postal code and submitted photo on both the pd.com.au website and social media platforms and any local newspapers of any state in Australia where such information is required to be published to comply with a state specific requirement.
- Entrants agree to the use of the submitted photos on the pd.com.au website and social media platforms.
- Unless expressly specified in writing by the Promoter, the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of higher or equivalent specification and value.
- The Promoter requires the winner to provide proof of identification and if there is any contention with respect to the winner’s identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine that which is considered suitable as appropriate means of identity verification.
- The entrant consents to the Promoter holding, processing, and disclosing personal data including sensitive personal data provided by the entrant to the Promoter for all purposes relating to the performance of this Competition.

- For the purpose this Competition, entrants’ personal information will not be shared with any third party located outside Australia.
- If this Competition cannot be conducted as intended for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, reschedule, or suspend the Competition.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any tax implications resulting from the Prize winnings and the winner(s) must obtain independent tax advice to ascertain how this may affect their situation.
- Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable to the entrant or anyone for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, for loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss or damage to reputation or goodwill, personal injury or death, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or equity, under any statue or otherwise arising out of in any way connected to this Competition.
- The Promoters inability to enforce any of its rights at any stage will not amount to a waiver of these rights.
